Terms of Service | EraPivot 2026

1. Event Registration

By registering for EraPivot Summit 2026, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Registration is subject to availability and confirmation. All registrations are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of registration. We accept major credit cards processed securely through Square. All prices are in USD. Registration fees include access to all sessions, networking events, and materials for your selected tracks during the May 7-8, 2026 summit.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All registrations are non-refundable. In the event that EraPivot Summit 2026 is cancelled by the organizers, full refunds will be issued to all registered attendees. Registrations are non-transferable to other individuals but may be applied to future EraPivot events at the organizers' discretion.

4. Event Changes

The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, venue, or content without prior notice. While we strive to deliver the program as advertised, circumstances beyond our control may necessitate changes. No refunds will be issued for changes to the event program or speakers.

5. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. EraPivot is committed to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disruption may result in removal from the event without refund.

6. Photography & Recording

By attending EraPivot Summit 2026, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes by the organizers. If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify event staff upon arrival.

7. Liability

Attendees participate at their own risk. The organizers, venue, sponsors, and speakers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property. Attendees are responsible for their own health, safety, and belongings throughout the event.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and presentations at EraPivot Summit 2026 are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of event content is strictly prohibited without written permission from the organizers and speakers.
